Setup builds the foundation (channels, CRM, processes and metrics) and has a clear beginning, middle and end. Strategic Management is the ongoing operation that runs on top of that foundation. Many clients do the Setup and continue with management; others prefer to run things themselves with the structure in hand.
How long does it take to build everything?+

Which CRM do you use? Will I be locked into an expensive tool?+

Do you work with companies outside Brazil?+
Yes. KING is based in Marília, Brazil, and most of the Setup is done remotely, with focused video meetings. That's how we serve clients in Brazil and abroad.
Once the structure is ready, am I on my own?+
No. You get everything documented, go through handoff training and we still stay with you through the first operating cycles. If you want, we can continue together on management; if you'd rather run it yourself, you leave with the complete map in hand.
